Opus Land (Midlands) Ltd is developing a new 40,000 sq ft regional headquarters building for Veolia Environmental Ltd. Opus will purchase the site on grant of planning consent and develop a BREEAM excellent rated building for Veolia Environmental Services based on a new long term lease. Opus was supported by the Palmer GVA Property Fund who will purchase the investment on completion.
