Opus Land was started in 1999 by Richard Smith and Andrew Duncan. Opus Land (Midlands) Limited is owned by Richard Smith and Gareth Williams. Opus Land (North) Limited is owned by Andrew Duncan. Both companies are part owned and backed by Palmer Capital Partners.
