Steelworks are now complete at Xpanse 120, Oldbury

Works are progressing well at Xpanse 120, Oldbury with the steelworks now complete and roofing and cladding underway. The scheme is on target to deliver 121,175 sq ft of B2/B8 industrial space by September 2020.

The Midlands site at Seven Stars Road is positioned in a prime location for warehouse logistics and manufacturing of all industries, with facilities to rival any industrial estate in the UK. Once complete, the site will boast an oversized yard up to 75 metres deep, 12 dock level loading doors and 125 car parking spaces.

RETAIL: Stove Works Retail Park, Royal Leamington Spa

Opus Land and Savills Investment Management purchased a brownfield site, which was formerly a Ford Factory car park and obtained planning for a 60,000 sq. ft retail space, located just 0.5 miles from the town centre and 15 minutes’ walk from the train station.
