We have recently commenced works at the Ace 135 development in Tamworth which will bring a 135,000 sq ft B2/B8 speculative unit, incorporating 9,240 sq ft of office accommodation. The scheme is targeting a BREEAM Very Good rating and will be available for occupation in Q4 2019.
Situated in one of the Midlands premier distribution and warehousing locations, Ace 135 is ideally positioned on Relay Park, Tamworth, directly off Junction 10 of the M42 Motorway. The immediate surrounding area is home to some of the Midlands most well-known and established distribution parks, including Birch Coppice Business Park, Centurion Park, Core 42, Tamworth Logistics Park and Relay Park itself.

Opus Land and Savills Investment Management purchased a brownfield site, which was formerly a Ford Factory car park and obtained planning for a 60,000 sq. ft retail space, located just 0.5 miles from the town centre and 15 minutes’ walk from the train station.
INDUSTRIAL: Prospero, Ansty
Together with their joint venture partner, Manse LLP, and on behalf of Rolls-Royce, Opus Land are delivering more than 2 million sq. ft of space at Prospero, Ansty, starting with a 490,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility for Meggitt PLC.

Opus Land and Bridges completed an 153,800 sq. ft unit with 16 loading doors at the Kingwood Lakeside Business Park in Cannock.
